We’ve proudly hosted hundreds of events over the last decade, including ceremonies, receptions, presentations, rehearsal dinners, graduations, and reunions—and we’d love to host yours! The building is centrally located in North Downtown Omaha, just a stone’s throw from several renowned hotels, the CenturyLink Convention Center, and TD Ameritrade Stadium. With four rooms to choose from accommodating parties of 20–300, events at The Matt are highly customizable, stress-free, and a ton of fun. We’re here to deal with the details.

The Rooms

Burke's Hall

Burke's Hall

  • Lots of character with pinewood floors, brick walls, and wooden pillars.
  • Located on the second floor with access to our private deck (handicap accessible)
  • Seats groups of 50-150+
  • Full bar
  • $400 Room Fee Friday and Saturday includes access to the private deck
  • $2 per person service fee that includes tables, chairs, floor length linen, set up, clean up, and parking.

  • Faces TD Ameritrade Stadium
  • Perfect place for cocktails and appetizers or an outdoor ceremony
  • Fully furnished with patio furniture, or can be set to your needs
  • Deck is approximately 1800 square feet

The Stabrie

The Stabrie

  • Perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, or business meetings
  • Located on the main floor just inside the front doors
  • Seats up to 40 people
  • Frosted glass doors for privacy
  • 60” TV with AV capabilities
  • Tall farm-style tables with nickel brushed high stools for seating, and a casual lounge furniture seating area
  • $50 room fee to reserve this room

Back Room

Back Room

  • Perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, or business meetings
  • Located on the main floor at the north end of the building
  • Brick-enclosed room with large windows for plenty of natural light
  • Seats up to 60 for dinner, and 70 for a cocktail party
  • Multiple TVs with AV hookup available on the center TV
  • Bluetooth speaker available to play your own music
  • $50 room fee
  • $2 per person service fee that includes floor length linen (color of your choice) and linen napkins if you choose
  • Food and beverage minimum on Friday and Saturday nights

Events at The Matt offer full-service restaurant and bar with customizable menu, private rooms, on-site event coordinator, parking, linen (color of your choice), tables, chairs, set up, clean up, servers, bartenders, flatware, glassware, china, TVs, guest greeting, AV equipment and on-site catering.
